We are recognized for our sensory analysis and consumer studies projects. Our innovation activities rely on our experts (chefs in culinary, pastry, bakery, and headwaiters) and on our project leaders.

Role in the project

As WP6 partner, Lyfe Institute will realize the ingredient sensory characterization, develop culinary prototypes, conduct qualitative and quantitative tests to ensure consumer acceptance of newly developed products.
